At London Fashion Week recently, the Pantone Color Institute noted that this season’s colours reflected the reinvigorated desire to create. Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Institute, said the colour range showed, “…heartening hues reflective of the natural environment in our local surroundings [which] inspires our creative energies and awaken the desire for a replenished perspective on the application of colour, one where whimsy and charm combine with pragmatism and our ideas of heritage re-envisioned and our connection to nature are reinforced,”
So a mix of heritage and quirkiness to give a fresh perspective. The power of colour can always affect our mood. What colour will you be wearing this autumn?
